The Real Estate Investment Team is expanding its core team and we are seeking a Senior Associate, Legal Director or lateral Partner, from 6 years PQE + to come and join us. The role is primarily based with the core team in our Norwich office but flexible working from any of our other regional offices (Cambridge, Chelmsford or Ipswich) would be considered.

Our Real Estate Investment team is a dedicated to acting for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally. The team assists clients with the whole range of portfolio asset management, high value and volume acquisition, financing and disposal transactional work and acts for key clients such as M7 Real Estate Ltd, Westbrook Partners, Blackstone/Mileway, Realty Income Corporation, Alternative Income REIT Plc, Valor Real Estate and Oxford Properties Group. |
Ideally you will be working for a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge and bias towards property investment.
The role would suit an ambitious highly efficient lawyer with experience in institutional investment type transactions.
