Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Associate, with ideally 6+ years' PQE to come and join our Chelmsford office on a full-time, permanent basis. Preferably, you will have gained experience within a well-regarded City, national or regional firm, with well-developed knowledge in Commercial Property law. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a working background in acquiring land for residential development or a keen interest to learn and specialise in this area.
The successful applicant would play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients within the house builder sector. Birketts acts for eight of the top ten national housebuilders.
