The department

Our team of experienced real estate finance lawyers handle a range of complex real estate finance law matters and advise on transactions throughout the UK.

The team has detailed knowledge of all sectors of the property finance industry, and acts for both lenders and borrowers.

The specialist team advises financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional funds and other types of lenders, as well as developers and investors. Our real estate finance team advises on a variety of financing issues.

Accountabilities

This opportunity is to work within a team that manages a large case-load of secured lending transactions for a UK banking group.

The candidate

We are seeking an experienced paralegal, with good knowledge in all areas of commercial property or residential property. They would be expected to provide a high level of service to existing clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team in our Norwich office in a growing firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects.
